This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Serve as a point of contact for incoming Human Resources inquiries pertaining to Payroll, Tax Training Support, Benefits, and Timekeeping via phone calls.
• Investigate and resolve intricate or escalated cases accurately within the established service level agreements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to address client questions and concerns.
• Engage with clients through phone, email, and chat; interpret their needs and utilize software to determine solutions.
• Deliver precise information and resolve inquiries swiftly and professionally.
• Assess situations, identify necessary actions, and provide advice or escalation when required.
• Work alongside team members and leaders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Utilize tools and data sources to maintain accuracy, resolve cases within SLA, and document case resolutions.
• Employ critical thinking when existing procedures do not adequately address inquiries.
• Recognize trends that could result in increased case volumes and collaborate with leadership on resolutions.
• Partner with management on casework, workload management, and professional development.
• Engage in training and coaching for fellow PRC representatives.
• Take part in outbound calling campaigns and internal team projects as necessary.
• Participate in one-on-one on-camera meetings and weekly team gatherings.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Capability to perform mathematical operations.
• Proficiency in critically analyzing reports.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
• Effective interaction with all levels within the organization.
• Systematic problem-solving approach through analysis and evaluation of various solutions.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team and collaborate with various cross-functional groups.
• Independent work ethic with a high degree of accuracy, thoroughness, and professionalism.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Workday, HRMS, iCIMS for tracking and onboarding, or similar systems.
• Preferred: Experience with Dimensions or other payroll-related systems.
