Seasonal Intake Specialist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate onboarding consultations for video and audio with members.

• Provide a warm and personalized introduction to the program.

• Gather and synthesize member information to ensure a seamless transition to the treatment physical therapist.

• Prepare handoff documentation and collaborate with physical therapists to maintain continuity of care.

• Assist members in overcoming initial obstacles and getting ready to start treatment.

• Review and annotate recorded video and chat interactions for quality assurance and enhancement of digital care products.

• Participate in team initiatives and cross-functional projects.

• Collaborate with Intake Leads and Clinical Operations leadership to develop and expand digital care delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

• Must hold a valid physical therapist license.

• Experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with members effectively.

• Highly proficient with technology and capable of navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.

• Creative thinking and adaptability to a hands-off approach.

• Flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing processes.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule ranging from 10 to 24 hours per week.

• Must provide schedule availability for the upcoming month at least 30 days in advance.

• Required to demonstrate at least Level 1 AI proficiency (Explorer).
