Seasonal Customer Support Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Support the US apparel partner by engaging with customers via Zendesk.

• Manage written customer communications through email and live chat; phone support is not included.

• Provide customers with order status updates, including tracking links and communications with the printer.

• Assist customers in arranging exchanges due to sizing issues.

• Dispatch replacements for items that are damaged.

• Aid customers in modifying shipping addresses, order details, and item information.

• Research and pinpoint apparel designs that customers are looking for on the website.

• Participate in roughly two weeks of training conducted via Google Meet, utilizing screen sharing and provided documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a comparable customer support role is advantageous, though not required.

• Minimum C1 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Capability to remain composed and customer-focused while troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Technologically adept and familiar with various applications.

• Strong internet connectivity.

• PC or laptop equipped with a webcam; BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy applies.

• Availability for full-time seasonal employment, including rotating shifts and weekends.

• Must reside in Romania.
