This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to outline leadership and senior talent within specified organizations and US markets.
• Create detailed talent maps for firms selected by the founder.
• Identify key professionals such as founders, CEOs/Presidents, partners, principals, managing directors, studio/practice leaders, design/creative directors, associate principals, directors, emerging leaders, and relevant individuals with around 10+ years of experience.
• Investigate current roles, responsibilities, career trajectories, employers, tenure, promotions, geographical locations, disciplines, sector expertise, projects, educational backgrounds, credentials, leadership roles, portfolios, and publicly available professional information.
• Track senior alumni and talent transitions across organizations and markets.
• Develop national leadership insights in hospitality design and luxury residential design.
• Cross-check every researched individual against the company’s existing Bullhorn network.
• Review historical data, maintain notes, update information, document interactions and interviews, highlight relationship histories, and enrich records rather than duplicating them.
• Generate executive-quality profiles that encapsulate achievements, specialization, seniority, market connections, and company backgrounds.
• Prepare briefings for founder outreach and assist in drafting highly personalized outreach content.
• Support retained searches through target company mapping, competitor analysis, candidate identification, longlisting, candidate intelligence, organizational research, market movement tracking, compensation analysis, and progress reporting.
• Recognize patterns and connections in talent movement, career advancement, and organizational relationships.
• Avoid conducting high-volume automated executive outreach or independently deciding on target markets and strategic priorities.
• Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness; capable of locating and validating professional information beyond initial search results.
• Strong analytical judgment and a curious mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in communication.
• Ability to produce accurate, structured research and concise, valuable briefings.
• Discretion in handling confidential executive-search information.
• Experience or background in executive-search research, talent intelligence, competitive intelligence, recruiting research, strategic sourcing, market research, professional-services research, architecture/design business development, consulting research, investment/industry research, or research-intensive recruiting environments.
• Interest in architecture, interiors, hospitality, luxury, and design.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn.
• Experience using Bullhorn or a similar CRM/ATS.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with research databases.
• Familiarity with AI research tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft / Google productivity platforms.
• Experience with web-based research tools.
• English resume required.
• CEFR English proficiency level must be indicated in the application form.
