This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
• Conduct background and literature reviews
• Assist in the creation of preference elicitation tools
• Interview both patients and medical professionals
• Analyze qualitative data utilizing suitable software
• Execute user acceptance testing for data collection tools, including patient preference surveys
• Aid in the creation of client deliverables, such as slide presentations and reports
• Communicate with and oversee vendors and research collaborators, including clinical sites and patient advocacy organizations
• Participate in client meetings and workshops
• Support patient preference research initiatives and implement best practices in preference elicitation and integration into healthcare decision-making
• Master’s Degree in a quantitative field with a minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field with at least 2–3 years of pertinent experience
• Experience in primary data collection from patients (qualitative or quantitative)
• Familiarity with preference elicitation methodologies, such as discrete choice experiments (DCE), best-worst scaling (BWS), or MCDA swing weighting
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to work collaboratively while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to take initiative and operate independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness and capability to quickly learn methodological or industry advancements
• Willingness to travel 10–30% of the time
