This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior marketing management to convert growth strategy into plans for paid search campaigns.
• Take charge of execution across Google Ads, including Search and Performance Max, Microsoft Ads, and new paid media platforms.
• Conduct audits on keywords, search terms, and negative keywords throughout the account.
• Develop and maintain exclusion strategies to safeguard the budget against low-quality traffic.
• Optimize tCPA and tROAS bidding approaches.
• Utilize Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, scripts, or APIs to implement and review bulk account alterations.
• Create and manage a testing roadmap for landing page design and cohesion, ad creative, and bidding strategy trials.
• Enhance conversion rates across search campaigns.
• Manage campaign, budget, and performance reporting.
• Provide timely analysis and suggestions to stakeholders.
• Act as a connector between search and other marketing channels to promote a unified, multi-channel strategy.
• Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to team members.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in paid search, preferably within an agency managing multiple accounts.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and Smart Bidding.
• Experience using Google Ads Editor, scripts, or APIs for bulk campaign management.
• Proficient in troubleshooting conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and attribution issues.
• Skilled in identifying and excluding fraudulent or low-quality traffic sources.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying technical recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic management skills — setting expectations, training team members, delegating tasks, and giving feedback.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen attention to detail; reliable, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Preferred: Over 7 years of experience with Google Ads; experience with Microsoft Ads and Meta is a plus.
• Preferred: Experience in conducting detailed campaign and pipeline analysis to guide strategy.
• Preferred: Strong executive presence, able to confidently pitch and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Preferred: Background in financial services or another regulated sector.
• Preferred: Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle additional responsibilities as needed.
• Competitive Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 + bonus
