Search Engine Evaluator, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Assess and analyze the responses of clients’ search engines to daily queries.

• Undertake diverse tasks aimed at improving AI data quality.

• Offer insights on text, audio, visuals, and video content.

• Assist in the enhancement of AI data utilized by leading search engines, social media platforms, streaming services, and others.

• Uphold quality and accuracy service level agreements (SLAs) while working independently from home.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of New Zealand.

• Strong familiarity with local popular culture (New Zealand).

• Availability to commit to a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 20 hours weekly.

• Required to sign and comply with a project non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

• Possess a smartphone and a personal computer with a stable internet connection.

• Must have reliable antivirus software to safeguard your computer while browsing.

• Completion of training modules and passing a mandatory test set by our client is required before starting work.

• Only one Search Quality Rater is permitted per household.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Proficiency in English (New Zealand) is essential.

• Strong online research abilities are necessary.

• Critical thinking skills and the capacity to evaluate information and determine its relevance or importance are needed.

• Self-discipline is required to adhere to a schedule and meet quality and accuracy SLAs.
