SEA Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Scale ecommerce brands through paid advertising, innovative content, and conversion rate enhancement.

• Design and implement omnichannel, results-oriented performance marketing strategies.

• Oversee advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and potentially TikTok.

• Manage campaign budgets, scaling efforts, and optimization of ROI.

• Engage in weekly customer calls in both German and English.

• Brief, coordinate, and ensure quality control of ad creatives with in-house design teams.

• Collaborate closely with creatives and strategists to execute campaigns effectively.

• Work with purpose-driven female brands in the DACH region.

• Test, learn, and quickly enhance the performance of creative campaigns.

• Foster long-term client relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing with a clear focus on Meta Ads.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads; TikTok Ads experience is a plus.

• Proven track record of managing budget, scaling, and ROI optimization for e-commerce/D2C campaigns, preferably in the DACH market.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Confident demeanor in weekly customer calls conducted in German and English.

• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to work, with a high level of accountability and quick responsiveness to performance changes.

• Experience in briefing, coordinating, and quality-checking ad creatives with in-house design teams.

• Proficient in using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.

• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and very good English, both spoken and written.

• Willingness to work remotely.

• A degree is not mandatory; key factors are skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
