This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create qualified opportunities within the Enterprise sector
• Develop and enhance Creative Force’s sales development initiatives
• Establish processes, messaging, standards, and routines for SDRs
• Engage in proactive outreach with effective qualification techniques
• Manage a personal sales pipeline consistently
• Mentor and guide SDRs by sharing best practices and providing practical feedback
• Recognize improvement areas and craft a scalable lead-generation playbook
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Sales leadership, and Marketing teams
• Identify target accounts and key stakeholders
• Foster meaningful dialogues with potential customers
• Shape the Enterprise prospecting strategy, success metrics, and ongoing process enhancements
• Contribute to building the SDR function, including recruiting and onboarding a high-performing team
• Prior experience as an Enterprise SDR, BDR, or in a related business development position
• Proven history of generating qualified opportunities
• Comfortable dedicating approximately half of the time to coaching, developing, and supporting the team, and the other half to active prospecting and managing a pipeline
• Open to giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback
• Familiarity with call reviews, role-playing, account research, messaging feedback, and everyday coaching
• Capability to build an SDR function from the ground up, including recruiting and onboarding a high-performing team
• Proficient in creating prospecting processes, messaging, sequences, qualification standards, and team routines
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful, and adept at establishing structure in ambiguous situations
• Skilled at identifying talent, setting new team members up for success, testing strategies, learning from outcomes, and creating practical processes
• Ability to conduct research on target accounts, recognize relevant stakeholders, and customize outreach based on business context
• Thoughtful integration of technology and AI in prospecting efforts
• Capacity to ask insightful questions, listen for genuine needs, and foster valuable conversations
• Strong communication skills to convey conviction, manage upwards, navigate diverse perspectives, challenge assumptions, make recommendations, and stand firm in judgment
• Demonstrated consistency, patience, and resilience throughout lengthy Enterprise sales cycles
• Must reside in Atlanta, Georgia
