📋 Description

• Research and pinpoint high-potential target accounts.

• Identify and engage key senior decision-makers within target organizations.

• Conduct outbound outreach utilizing cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other approved channels.

• Tailor outreach efforts based on each prospect's business, operations, and potential needs.

• Qualify prospects and recognize genuine business opportunities.

• Foster professional conversations with senior stakeholders.

• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team.

• Ensure accurate prospecting and activity records are maintained in the CRM.

• Represent the client in a professional manner across all communication channels.

• Consistently strive toward achieving monthly qualified meeting targets.

• Identify appropriate accounts, engage relevant senior stakeholders, qualify authentic opportunities, and generate attended qualified meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, or sales development.

• Previous experience in selling or prospecting for B2B technology, enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, IT solutions, or digital transformation services.

• Strong background in account research and targeted prospecting.

• Experience engaging senior-level and enterprise decision-makers.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Strong skills in cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach.

• Ability to comprehend and convey complex B2B technology solutions.

• Familiarity with using CRM and sales prospecting tools.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Experience with SAP solutions, automotive technology, automotive dealer networks, or enterprise digital transformation is a significant advantage.
