Scrum Master – Delivery Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Act as the main Scrum Master for the Salesforce team, which constitutes about 90% of the role.

• Provide Scrum Master assistance to the NetSuite team, making up approximately 10% of the role.

• Facilitate all essential Scrum ceremonies.

• Guide both teams in Agile and Scrum methodologies while fostering continuous enhancement.

• Conduct retrospectives and document actionable improvement items.

• Recognize, monitor, and eliminate obstacles faced by the Salesforce and NetSuite teams.

• Shield teams from outside interruptions and ensure a sustainable work rhythm.

• Collaborate with product owners to sustain well-maintained, prioritized, and refined backlogs.

• Oversee inter-team dependencies, particularly concerning Salesforce and NetSuite integrations.

• Provide clear reporting on sprint health, delivery metrics, and progress for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong, demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

• Proven track record in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching delivery teams.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Effective management of stakeholders across both technical and business sectors.

• Capacity to remove barriers and encourage team self-organization.

• Familiarity with an Agile work-tracking tool and delivery reporting.

• 3–5 years of experience in a Scrum Master capacity is preferred.

• Previous experience supporting Salesforce delivery teams or projects.

• Exposure to NetSuite projects or ERP delivery methods.

• Relevant Agile or Scrum certification such as CSM or PSM.

• Agile/Scrum Master certification or qualification is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Jira is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAFe is optional.

• Prince2/Project Management credentials are optional.
