Scrum Master – Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and implement necessary adjustments to ensure their effectiveness.

• Assist agile teams in their continuous improvement of incremental value delivery to clients and stakeholders.

• Track agile team metrics such as velocity, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), and overall team health.

• Identify inefficiencies within agile team operations and eliminate obstacles to team progress.

• Provide advice, facilitation, mentoring, and coaching to agile team members and stakeholders.

• Comprehend the context of supported teams, including strategic and delivery objectives, structure, agile frameworks, constraints, team dynamics, mindsets, human nature, and technical aspects.

• Promote continuous improvement and a collaborative atmosphere while supporting self-organization.

• Participate in communities and forums to observe influences at work and enhance communication skills across a broader audience.

• Work closely with the Product Owner and agile team to sustain a well-prioritized product backlog.

• Collaborate with fellow Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to perpetually enhance agile processes.

• Enthusiastic about agile principles, coaching, and aiding individuals in adapting to changes in their work processes.

• Possess a mindset geared towards continuous improvement and a commitment to discovering new work methodologies.

• Exemplify Servant Leadership by prioritizing the needs of the entire team over individual concerns and assisting others in performing at their best.

• Strong analytical and communication skills; emotionally intelligent, open-minded, and collaborative.

• Capable of identifying management challenges associated with transitioning to agile methodologies.

• Experience in recognizing opportunities to enhance return on investment, minimize costs, and save time for teams.

• Ability to align product technology, architecture, and delivery processes with agile practices and methodologies.

• Experience working in a global, multicultural environment.

• Certifications in PSM, SAFe, PMI, or ICP are advantageous.
