Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Scrum principles are comprehended, implemented, and advocated across the organization.

• Facilitate the analysis and suggestion of enhancements to the Scrum implementation processes within development teams.

• Collaborate in assessing and documenting the client's business requirements.

• Recommend business solutions that effectively address the client's needs.

• Assist the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog.

• Ensure that Scrum events are held and their goals are accomplished.

• Support the Scrum Team in overcoming obstacles.

• Aid in team self-organization by offering techniques and facilitating processes and collaboration.

• Significant professional experience in the field.

• Relevant industry certification.
