Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the adoption of agile methodologies and eliminate technical or business challenges that impede the progress of the agile team's initiatives.

• Assist the team in overseeing the development project.

• Generate product and team reports in line with the agile methodology being implemented.

• Track, identify, document, escalate, and follow up on the resolution of internal and external obstacles impacting the team.

• Engage in team ceremonies and represent the team when required.

• Collaborate with the client to secure approval for the team's deliverables.

• Emphasize the continuous delivery of value to the client while addressing impediments that hinder team productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in applying agile software development principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

• Experience in facilitating ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

• Knowledge of agile management tools such as Jira, Trello, Monday, Azure DevOps, or other platforms for tracking sprints and backlogs.

• A completed bachelor’s degree, ideally in a field related to Information Technology.

• Certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or a similar relevant certification.
