Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor Scrum teams to foster self-organization and achieve sprint objectives.

• Showcase the value generated by the teams and the role of the Scrum Master.

• Enhance team-level operations and broader processes in collaboration with the Product Owner, business, and development/QA teams.

• Adjust methodologies pragmatically instead of adhering strictly to Scrum principles.

• Manage the team's daily activities as a coach, Scrum Master, or problem-solver.

• Facilitate communication and organize Scrum team ceremonies.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team developing cutting-edge document management software for clinical research.

• Work alongside Polish and British developers, testers, DevOps engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, and fellow Scrum Masters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in Agile methodologies.

• Willingness to function as a hands-on coordinator who can adapt to various challenges.

• Established history of illustrating and communicating the value provided by development teams and the Scrum Master role.

• Experience in leading improvements that extend beyond a single team, involving the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and development and QA teams.

• Capability to think independently and practically rather than rigidly adhering to the Scrum Guide.

• Practical experience working with CTOs, Heads of Development, and Team Leaders.

• Experience in advocating for solutions, driving change, and conducting root cause analysis.

• Ability to manage workloads effectively and assertively say no when necessary.

• Knowledge of product development.

• Strong people management skills.

• Agile Certification from Scrum.org.
