⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices

• Proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies

• Capability to guide teams in Agile methodologies

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA)

• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or similar qualification preferred

• Experience in a technical or software development setting preferred
