This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Generate insights into local healthcare ecosystems and market landscapes to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing patient outcomes.
• Analyze treatment pathways and recognize account opportunities with healthcare professionals.
• Cultivate relationships with clinical stakeholders and administrators.
• Document customer interactions, points of contact, sales activities, market intelligence, and funnel data in the CRM system.
• Integrate data using Engage CRM, Excel, Tableau, and research to inform data-driven account decisions.
• Create and execute business and account plans to boost product visibility, awareness, acceptance, and sales growth.
• Implement customer-specific engagement strategies before and after calls in collaboration with Screening Advocates, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Educate physicians and stakeholders on products, value propositions, clinical studies, marketing aids, the importance of screening, and patient resources.
• Propel growth by focusing on high-potential customers and identifying unmet needs.
• Collect customer feedback regarding experience, service, satisfaction, and perceived value.
• Coordinate the execution of account plans with Account Managers, Area Manager, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Internal Sales Support.
• Convey customer needs and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct business in accordance with ethical, professional, quality, regulatory, and company standards.
• Support the Quality Management System while maintaining consistent and reliable attendance.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of prior experience in sales, inside sales, or account management OR 1+ years of sales experience plus 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting or related field OR completion of active-duty military service as a Junior Officer or higher.
• Valid driver's license.
• No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents in the last 36 months.
• No alcohol or drug-related vehicle incidents in the past 36 months.
• No unacceptable liability results from the Motor Vehicle Report check.
• Capability to meet healthcare facility access requirements, including vaccination and mask mandates.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in medical device or diagnostics sales.
• Preferred: Experience working with primary care physicians and targeted customers.
• Preferred: Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
• Preferred: Proficiency in sales-specific computer technology.
• Preferred: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication, questioning, listening, presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work designated schedules, including nights and/or weekends as required.
• Capable of using mobile devices, tablets, computers, and phones simultaneously; typing or screen work for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
• Ability to travel locally on a daily basis, with occasional overnight travel as necessary.
