This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Generate insights into local healthcare ecosystems and market landscapes to uncover opportunities.
• Analyze treatment pathways and pinpoint potential accounts with healthcare professionals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clinical stakeholders and administrators.
• Document customer interactions, point-of-contact details, sales activities, market intelligence, and funnel data in the CRM.
• Utilize Engage CRM, Excel, Tableau, and research to synthesize data for informed account decisions.
• Create and execute business and account plans aimed at enhancing product visibility, awareness, acceptance, and sales growth.
• Implement customer-specific pre- and post-call engagement strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Provide education to physicians and stakeholders regarding products, value propositions, clinical studies, marketing materials, and the significance of screening.
• Stimulate growth by focusing on high-potential customers and identifying unmet needs.
• Collect customer feedback regarding experience, service, satisfaction, and perceived value.
• Align account plans and targeted strategies with Account Managers, Area Managers, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Internal Sales Support.
• Convey customer needs and opportunities internally to mobilize resources and develop solutions.
• Maintain ethical, professional, quality, regulatory, and company standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
• 2+ years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience, OR 1+ years of sales experience plus 1+ years in a healthcare setting or related field, OR completion of active-duty military service as a Junior Officer or above.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents within the last 36 months.
• No alcohol or drug-related driving incidents in the last 36 months.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility access requirements.
• Capability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in medical device or diagnostics sales.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with primary care physicians.
• Preferred: Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
• Preferred: Expertise in computer technology related to sales.
• Preferred: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication, questioning, listening, presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work designated schedules, including nights and/or weekends as necessary.
• Capacity to use mobile devices, tablets, computers, and telephones simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis and occasionally overnight.
