This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Establish connections with researchers in academic settings, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries.
β’ Grasp customer research objectives and suggest suitable reagents and solutions.
β’ Host customer meetings, both virtual and face-to-face, to explore scientific applications.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and technical support.
β’ Engage in conferences, seminars, and networking opportunities.
β’ Oversee and expand a designated territory encompassing Maryland and Delaware.
β’ Cultivate key client relationships and enhance the customer base within the assigned area.
β’ Foster customer relationships while delivering comprehensive support.
β’ Gain knowledge of drug product development pathways, including cell and gene therapy, vaccines, antibodies, and small molecules.
β’ Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
β’ Practical experience with protein-based assays (e.g., ELISA, FACS, SPR, BLI).
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Enthusiasm for transitioning into a commercial or customer-oriented position.
β’ Self-driven with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
β’ Previous experience in the fields of cell and gene therapy, immunology, or antibody therapeutics is preferred.
β’ Industry research experience of 2β5 years is preferred.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively in teams.
β’ Passion for effectively promoting and contributing to the success of company initiatives.
β’ Commission
β’ Approximately 30β50% travel within the territory
