Scientific Quotation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain direct relationships with intercompany customers

• Generate and track quotations

• Aid in sales communication and the development of commercial proposals

• Follow up on requests for quotations and/or manage samples

• Organize and manage sales lists

• Update and maintain master data and customer inquiries in CRM

• Oversee customer order management

• Collaborate with various business departments to address logistical and administrative challenges

• Offer technical or commercial assistance to operational and commercial internal teams within the Medical Device Market

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific field

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Knowledge of German or Spanish is an advantage

• Ability to work remotely from a home office

• Strong understanding of information technology and relevant software

• Experience in B2B contract work
