Scientific Quotation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, issue, and track scientific quotations

• Maintain direct communication with intercompany clients

• Assist in sales communications with clients

• Create commercial proposals

• Monitor requests for quotation and manage samples

• Oversee sales lists

• Keep master data and customer inquiries updated in CRM

• Handle customer orders

• Collaborate with various business departments to address logistical and administrative challenges

• Offer technical or commercial assistance to operative and commercial internal units within the Medical Device Market

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific field

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Knowledge of German or Spanish is an advantage

• Strong understanding of information technology and software

• Ability to work from a home office
