Scientific Quotation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Maintain direct communication with intercompany clients

• Generate and track quotes

• Support sales interactions with clients

• Develop commercial proposals

• Follow up on requests for quotations and/or manage samples

• Oversee sales lists

• Keep master data and customer inquiries updated in the CRM system

• Handle customer orders

• Collaborate with various business departments to address logistical and administrative challenges

• Provide technical or commercial assistance to internal operational and commercial teams in the Medical Device sector

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific field

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal

• Strong understanding of information technology and software applications

• Technical skills related to quote preparation and activity management

• Proficiency in German or Spanish is an advantage
