Scientific Quotation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create, issue, and track scientific quotations.

• Maintain direct communication with intercompany clients.

• Offer sales assistance in customer interactions and commercial proposals.

• Follow up on quotation requests and manage samples.

• Oversee sales lists.

• Update and manage master data and customer inquiries in the CRM system.

• Handle customer orders.

• Collaborate with various business departments to address logistical and administrative challenges.

• Provide technical or commercial assistance to operational and commercial teams within the Medical Device Market.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong knowledge of information technology and software applications.

• Proficiency in German or Spanish is an advantage.
