Scientific Quotation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, issue, and track scientific quotations.

• Oversee ongoing activities related to quotations and customer inquiries.

• Maintain direct communication with intercompany clients via phone and email.

• Assist in sales communications and create commercial proposals.

• Monitor requests for quotations and manage sample distribution.

• Handle sales lists effectively.

• Update and maintain master data and customer inquiries in the CRM system.

• Administer customer orders efficiently.

• Collaborate with various business departments to address logistical and administrative challenges.

• Offer technical and commercial assistance to internal operational and sales teams within the Medical Device Market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge of German or Spanish is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of information technology and software applications.
