Scientific Quotation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Prepare, issue, and follow up on scientific quotations for the Medical Device Market.

• Maintain direct communication with intercompany customers via phone and email.

• Assist in sales communications and create commercial proposals.

• Oversee requests for quotation and manage sample distribution.

• Organize sales lists and handle customer orders.

• Keep master data updated and address customer inquiries in the CRM.

• Collaborate with operational and commercial internal teams.

• Engage with various business departments to resolve logistical and administrative challenges.

• Provide technical and commercial assistance excluding laboratory activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific field.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of German or Spanish is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of information technology and software applications.

• Ability to work from a home office.
