Scientific Quotation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, issue, and monitor scientific quotations

• Maintain direct communication with intercompany clients

• Assist in sales communications and create commercial proposals

• Follow up on quotation requests and manage samples

• Oversee sales lists

• Keep master data and customer inquiries updated in the CRM

• Handle customer orders

• Collaborate with various business departments to address logistical and administrative challenges

• Provide technical and commercial assistance for the Medical Device Market

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific field

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Knowledge of German or Spanish is an added advantage

• Strong understanding of information technology and software

• Technical skills related to the preparation and management of quotations

• Capability to work from a home office
