Scientific Quotation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Maintain direct communication with intercompany clients

• Issue and monitor quotations

• Offer sales assistance in customer interactions and the creation of commercial proposals

• Track requests for quotations and/or manage samples

• Oversee sales lists

• Administer master data and customer inquiries in the CRM system

• Handle customer orders

• Collaborate with various business departments to address logistical and administrative challenges

• Provide technical or commercial assistance to operational and sales internal teams within the Medical Device Market

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific discipline

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Strong understanding of information technology and software

• Knowledge of German or Spanish is advantageous

• Capability to operate from a home office

• Position available solely on a B2B contract basis
