📋 Description

• Design intricate and realistic scientific workflows across various life sciences disciplines.

• Create complex multi-step computational tasks that necessitate scientific reasoning and execution.

• Develop authentic datasets, input files, instructions, constraints, and expected outcomes.

• Design workflows that require agents to analyze data, choose methods, perform analyses, troubleshoot problems, and synthesize results.

• Generate reproducible expert solutions and objectively verifiable benchmarks.

• Establish robust automated or semi-automated grading criteria.

• Ensure tasks assess scientific reasoning and execution rather than rote memorization.

• Validate scientific assumptions, calculations, code, intermediate outputs, and final results.

• Ensure tasks are self-contained and can be executed in controlled computational environments.

• Maintain high quality and throughput of tasks while integrating reviewer feedback.

• Utilize Python and scientific programming libraries, command-line tools, domain-specific scientific software, scientific datasets, structured input files, packaged dependencies, and reproducible computational resources.
