📋 Description

• Design innovative and realistic scientific workflows across various life sciences disciplines.

• Create complex multi-step computational tasks that necessitate scientific reasoning and execution.

• Develop authentic datasets, input files, guidelines, constraints, and expected outputs.

• Design workflows that require agents to analyze data, choose methodologies, perform analyses, resolve issues, and integrate results.

• Generate reproducible expert solutions and objectively verifiable ground truths.

• Develop comprehensive automated or semi-automated grading criteria.

• Ensure tasks assess scientific reasoning and execution rather than simple memorization.

• Validate scientific assumptions, computations, code, intermediate outputs, and final outcomes.

• Ensure tasks are self-sufficient and can be executed within controlled computational settings.

• Maintain high quality in task delivery and throughput while integrating feedback from reviewers.

• Strong background in scientific programming, especially with Python.

• Proven experience in conducting multi-step computational scientific analyses.

• Capability to independently validate scientific reasoning, calculations, code, and computational outputs.

• Experience in handling scientific data and managing computational research workflows.

• Ability to create reproducible solutions and evaluate the accuracy of scientific results.
