Scheduling Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of Scheduling Coordinators through continuous feedback, training, and performance evaluations.

• Supervise daily scheduling operations to ensure that all client service deadlines and internal service level expectations are fulfilled.

• Manage workforce capacity by balancing workload, coverage, travel, and resource availability across designated markets.

• Leverage Salesforce scheduling tools to enhance scheduling efficiency, maintain data accuracy, and optimize operational workflows.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish, track, and report on departmental KPIs and scheduling performance metrics.

• Identify scheduling trends, capacity risks, and operational challenges while offering recommendations for ongoing improvement.

• Partner with Recruiting, Field Leadership, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on staffing and operational priorities.

• Ensure that scheduling processes are standardized, efficient, and compliant with both company and client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, dispatch, or operations.

• Prior experience leading or supervising a team.

• Familiarity with Salesforce scheduling tools or workforce management systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams.
