This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Assist in the execution of complex, large-scale data center construction initiatives across multiple regional subregions.
• Provide support for projects in North America and LATAM.
• Take the lead in integrated planning and scheduling for extensive data center construction endeavors.
• Create, uphold, and enhance comprehensive schedules, milestone tracking, dependency management, resource assumptions, and reporting outputs.
• Utilize critical path method scheduling to evaluate schedule logic, pinpoint trends, and communicate risks, impacts, mitigations, and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with client teams, project stakeholders, delivery partners, and contractors to ensure alignment between planning outputs and project execution requirements.
• Oversee multiple project schedules concurrently while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Develop clear schedule updates for project leadership and senior stakeholders, tailoring the detail level to suit the audience.
• Comply with SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
• Fluency in Portuguese is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of advanced planning and scheduling experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in supporting design and construction project management for medium to large capital programs.
• Proven track record in planning capital projects valued between $500MM and $2B+, ideally in the data center construction or related process-intensive sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule health assessments, and schedule risk identification.
• Capability to analyze EPC plans and schedules, identify trends, and effectively communicate mitigation strategies.
• Proven ability to self-manage, resolve issues, and perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Excellent executive communication skills, including the capacity to present detailed schedule data in concise, leadership-ready summaries.
• Preferred: Experience in data center design and construction delivery.
• Preferred: Background in schedule risk analysis and familiarity with associated planning tools.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting executive reporting, recovery planning, or schedule governance in complex capital programs.
