Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and arrange member meetings with the care team through video conferencing.

• Oversee member meeting timelines within a centralized database.

• Utilize Google Calendars and Twin’s EMR for scheduling purposes.

• Collaborate with practice management operations to enhance and streamline scheduling processes, technology, and materials.

• Monitor scheduling activities in a centralized database and achieve activity-based metrics.

• Assist in resolving scheduling issues alongside leadership and product support.

• Maintain a high volume of inbound and outbound communication with members.

• Manage substantial scheduling demands and systematic lead management.

• Be prepared to work modified schedules or after-hours as needed.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service and scheduling.

• Background in healthcare.

• Experience working in a remote setting.

• Proficiency in navigating Google spreadsheets.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

• Ability to meet established scheduling activity benchmarks.

• Effectiveness in a virtual team environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer relationships and influence others.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Skill in relating strategically to and problem-solving with a diverse member base.

• Proven track record of success in customer service or scheduling.

• College degree is preferred.
