📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams in supporting commissioning activities and conducting anomaly reviews, while providing regular progress updates to management.

• Monitor operational performance in relation to contractual obligations and coordinate support across teams to address any performance deficiencies.

• Ensure that Satellite Operations' systems and processes are scalable and can accommodate anticipated fleet growth and contractual demands.

• Provide management with periodic updates on commissioning progress and operational performance in alignment with contractual commitments.

• Assist in customer meetings by delivering updates on anomaly investigations and ensuring issues are tracked to resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in satellite operations or within a related high-reliability system environment, such as aerospace or defense.

• Proficient understanding of satellite subsystems and the functionality of supporting ground systems.

• Proven experience in solving complex problems that span across multiple systems.

• Skilled in creating operational processes that meet both technical and customer requirements.

• An engineering degree in fields such as Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Capable of thriving in uncertain situations and establishing structure/process where none currently exists.

• Must meet applicable ITAR/EAR export-control eligibility requirements: be a U.S. person, eligible without export authorization, or eligible and likely to obtain the necessary authorization.
