SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Configure and improve recruiting and onboarding workflows

• Link the candidate journey with the hiring procedures

• Integrate with Employee Central

• Set up XML templates for Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, and Application

• Organize the recruiting funnel utilizing Candidate Status Set

• Implement Business Rules within the recruiting process

• Configure Onboarding 2.0 workflows using Process Variant Manager and BTP

• Execute Custom Data Collection and Document Generation

• Align fields during the hiring process across the RCM ➜ ONB ➜ Employee Central integration

• Oversee Candidate Experience and offer approval workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0

• Proficient in configuring XML templates for Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, and Application

• Familiarity with Candidate Status Set and structuring the recruiting funnel

• Understanding of Business Rules related to the recruiting process

• Basic knowledge of Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

• Awareness of the integration between RCM and RMK through Career Site Builder (CSB)

• Advanced skills in configuring Onboarding 2.0 processes using Process Variant Manager and BTP

• Experience with Custom Data Collection and Document Generation

• In-depth knowledge of the RCM ➜ ONB ➜ Employee Central integration, including field mapping during hiring

• Familiarity with Candidate Experience (CX) and offer approval workflows (Offer Approvals)

• Understanding of compliance and data-related considerations in the hiring process

• SAP Certified Application Associate – Recruiting Management / Onboarding certification

• Experience with background check integrations

• Knowledge of electronic signature solutions such as DocuSign or SAP Signature Management
