SAP Solution Architect – Order-to-Cash (O2C)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the SAP S/4HANA solution architecture for Order-to-Cash processes, which encompass Sales, Billing, Credit Management, and integration with CRM and external platforms.

• Ensure conformity with enterprise architecture principles and integration strategies, including PLM, CAD, and Salesforce.

• Lead new fit-to-standard implementations of O2C in SAP S/4HANA.

• Design and oversee integration with SAP Cloud solutions and external systems utilizing APIs, microservices, and the SAP Integration Suite.

• Establish technological principles and architectural strategies for the SAP O2C landscape.

• Implement DevOps and CI/CD methodologies within SAP environments.

• Collaborate with Global Process Owners, subject matter experts, and implementation partners.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to internal teams regarding SAP best practices.

• Create comprehensive design documents, test cases, and training materials.

• Ensure adherence to internal governance and external regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 5+ years of experience in SAP architecture with a focus on Order-to-Cash processes.

• Demonstrated success in SAP S/4HANA implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD, Billing, Credit Management, and CRM integration.

• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.

• Preferred: SAP certifications in S/4HANA and/or O2C modules.

• Preferred: Experience with SAP Cloud solutions and hybrid architectures.

• Preferred: Understanding of compliance frameworks and performance KPIs related to O2C processes.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Integration Suite/SAP Cloud Integration Gateway, and Salesforce for CRM integration.
