SAP Solution Architect – Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive solution design for SAP S/4HANA implementations in Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and On-Premise settings.

• Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, establish solution boundaries, and promote the adoption of industry best practices.

• Create solution architecture documents, integration blueprints, and strategies for data migration.

• Partner with clients to convert business challenges into digital core roadmaps.

• Assist in pre-sales initiatives, including solution development, proposal creation, RFP responses, and client presentations.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leads to maintain solution consistency and uphold quality standards.

• Guide consulting teams and enhance internal capabilities related to SAP S/4HANA.

• Ensure alignment with the SAP roadmap, including RISE/Grow with SAP, BTP, AI, and automation trends.

• Maintain solution integrity throughout the project lifecycle from design to go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 3-5 years as a Solution Architect specializing in SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong functional expertise in at least one Logistics Process, including Order to Cash or Plan to Fulfill, along with cross-module integration proficiency, particularly in Finance.

• Extensive knowledge of integrations such as CPI, BTP, Ariba, Supply Chain Execution (TM/EWM), IBP, and SAC.

• Proven track record of delivering projects using the Activate Methodology.

• Experience with fit-to-standard cloud projects or rapid deployment templates catering to mid-market clients.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with CXO-level stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to balance design quality, project feasibility, and business outcomes.

• Familiarity with pre-sales and proposal solutioning.

• Strong understanding of India localization and the complexities of regional deployments.

• SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.

• Knowledge of BTP / RISE architecture is an added advantage.
