SAP Security Consultant – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hands-on teams for SAP implementations and customer support across various industries.

• Create, build, test, implement, and manage security solutions.

• Engage directly with project team members in both on-premise and cloud environments.

• Lead and autonomously deliver intricate SAP security projects.

• Conduct comprehensive security reviews.

• Execute role clean-ups and redesign enterprise roles.

• Assist with ECC to S/4HANA conversions and upgrades.

• Provide technical and release upgrades.

• Facilitate RISE with SAP migrations.

• Implement enhancements.

• Design and execute Fiori security measures.

• Deliver innovative greenfield SAP security designs.

• Own complex solution designs, ensuring fit-for-purpose security outcomes.

• Offer advice on SAP security architecture and solutions, including Fiori integration, access provisioning, and business process alignment.

• Implement and test security-related configuration modifications.

• Analyze and resolve access-related issues.

• Design secure Fiori catalogs and launchpads.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.

• Provide expert guidance and leadership in SAP security throughout project lifecycles and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in SAP.

• Extensive knowledge of SAP technology within ECC and S/4HANA On-premise/Private Cloud.

• Proven experience in designing SAP security for implementations and ongoing support.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex SAP security projects, including enterprise role redesigns, large-scale S/4HANA implementations or upgrades, security reviews, and greenfield security designs.

• Familiarity with Central User Administration (CUA).

• Experience with License Audit Review (USMM/STAR).

• Proficient in SAP Private Cloud security administration.

• Skilled in SAP Fiori Security Design and Administration.

• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM).

• Competence in audit response management.

• Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP IAG, SAP IAS/IPS, and SAP BTP Security.

• Several years of experience in an SAP consultancy; in-house experience is inadequate.

• Capability to independently design and deliver solutions with minimal oversight.

• Strong skills in FIORI Security.

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

• High proficiency in both written and verbal communication, including documentation.

• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
