SAP SD Architect, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design and facilitate the seamless integration of Order-to-Cash processes, encompassing order entry to invoicing.

• Assist in the design, development, harmonization, stabilization, and implementation of company-wide O2C processes within an SAP S/4HANA framework.

• Implement specific legal and tax regulations for various countries, focusing on e-invoicing, utilizing SAP SD and SAP DRC.

• Manage SD interface processes, including EDI, IDoc, REST, SOAP, and OData integrations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, development teams, operations teams, Solution Architects, and Product Owners.

• Analyze interface and integration issues while aiding in troubleshooting and defining technical solutions.

• Employ authentication strategies such as OAuth2, certificate management, and CPI-based integration.

• Develop and refine SAP SD components, including order types, copy control, condition technique, partner determination, texts, and output management.

• Contribute to optimization and innovative strategies, including SAP BTP and contemporary integration scenarios.

• Operate within an agile, interdisciplinary project setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of SAP SD with SAP DRC.

• Proven track record in implementing national and international e-invoicing solutions using SAP DRC.

• Strong technical background in error analysis, log and trace evaluation, and ensuring data consistency.

• Basic understanding of SAP Integration Suite (CPI), API-based communication, certificate management, and authentication methods like OAuth2.

• Organized, self-directed work approach with excellent communication abilities.

• Proficient in German, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.

• Proficient in English, with at least a B2 level of proficiency.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (advantageous).

• Basic familiarity with SAP output management, such as Adobe Forms (advantageous).

• Experience in process harmonization and documentation (advantageous).

• Knowledge of Jira, SolMan, SAP ALM, or SAP ChaRM (advantageous).

• Interest in SAP BTP, innovation management, or process automation (advantageous).
