📋 Description

• Oversee and manage SAP project initiatives concerning tax reform for a pharmaceutical organization.

• Handle project plans, timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.

• Facilitate collaboration among global and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project participants.

• Track project progress and recognize risks, obstacles, and dependencies.

• Establish and pursue necessary actions and escalations.

• Lead project meetings and furnish status updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment among international teams.

• Assist in the implementation of SAP-related business and system modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with a robust background in Project Management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing SAP projects.

• Proven ability to coordinate project plans, timelines, activities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.

• Capability to lead and coordinate global and cross-functional teams.

• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders in complex corporate settings.

• Availability for part-time work, four hours a day, within the Brazilian time zone.

• Familiarity with projects involving SAP MM and SAP SD (preferred).

• Previous engagement in projects concerning tax or fiscal changes (preferred).

• Experience managing SAP projects within large global enterprises (preferred).

• Experience coordinating teams and stakeholders distributed across various geographies (preferred).

• Advanced/Fluent English – essential for meetings and daily interactions with international teams and stakeholders.

• Up-to-date resume in Word format, detailing relevant SAP Project Management experience, periods, responsibilities, planning activities, risk/dependency/milestone/deliverable management, global team coordination, international stakeholder experience, and English proficiency.
