SAP Project Manager, Tax Reform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee SAP project initiatives concerning tax reform for a pharmaceutical firm.

• Manage project timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables effectively.

• Facilitate collaboration among global and cross-functional teams throughout the project duration.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project contributors.

• Track project progress while identifying potential risks, obstacles, and dependencies.

• Establish and propel suitable actions and escalations.

• Conduct project meetings and deliver clear status updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth communication and alignment among international teams.

• Assist in the successful implementation of SAP-related business and system modifications.

• Provide a Word-format resume detailing SAP Project Management experience, relevant timelines, responsibilities, planning activities, risks, dependencies, milestones, deliverables, global team coordination, international stakeholder experience, and English language proficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with a robust background in Project Management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing SAP projects.

• Proficient in coordinating project plans, timelines, activities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.

• Capability to lead and coordinate global and cross-functional teams.

• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders in complex corporate settings.

• Availability for part-time work, four hours per day, within the Brazilian time zone.

• Advanced/Fluent English is essential for participation in meetings and daily communication with international teams and stakeholders.

• Preferably experienced with SAP MM and SAP SD projects.

• Previous participation in projects related to tax or fiscal changes is a plus.

• Experience managing SAP projects within large global organizations is preferred.

• Experience coordinating geographically distributed teams and stakeholders is advantageous.
