SAP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the effective execution of SAP customer projects within Global Delivery engagements.

• Utilize extensive knowledge of SAP projects to support customer initiatives, including implementations, expansions, upgrades, and rollouts.

• Track project advancements, risks, issues, and dependencies, promptly escalating matters as necessary.

• Facilitate dialogue among customers, consultants, and project teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

• Build and actively maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in both Line of Business (LOB) and IT.

• Enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to successful delivery outcomes for SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects.

• Collaborate with on-site and offshore teams, promoting effective cross-functional teamwork.

• Lead the continuous enhancement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a similar field.

• Over 8 years of experience in SAP project environments.

• Strong understanding of SAP solutions, ideally SAP S/4HANA, along with associated business processes.

• Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities at once.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Ability to work effectively within international and cross-functional project teams.

• SAP or project management certifications are advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

• Proficiency in German and business-level English is required.
