SAP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction throughout the duration of the project.

• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and finalization.

• Create schedules and plans that align with both client goals and internal capabilities.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations effectively.

• Oversee project budget, timeline, scope, and quality assurance.

• Report on project performance metrics to leadership teams.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation, status updates, and communication flow.

• Support change management and scope control in accordance with contractual obligations.

• Facilitate daily project meetings and lead executive steering committees.

• Implement strict governance practices in line with internal guidelines and industry standards.

• Manage multicultural teams on both national and global projects.

• Oversee project resource allocation and margin management.

• Supervise the financial performance of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced English is essential for this role.

• A minimum of 7 years' experience in managing SAP projects or complex implementations, ideally in consulting or client-facing roles.

• Experience with greenfield projects, rollouts, and transitions to S/4HANA.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage with senior stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Agile/hybrid methodologies and tools such as Jira.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or a similar certification is preferred.
