SAP Principal Application Consultant – Project Manager, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead SAP implementation projects, strategic initiatives, and consulting engagements centered around SAP Finance and SAP Cloud solutions.

• Oversee project delivery, governance, resource coordination, client satisfaction, scope, timeline, budget, quality, and financial performance.

• Manage multidisciplinary functional, technical, and global delivery teams.

• Propel project planning, risk management, quality assurance, budget control, and resource allocation.

• Conduct workshops, manage stakeholders, governance, decision-making, and issue resolution.

• Align business needs with SAP solution design.

• Provide guidance to clients on SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, financial process optimization, reporting transformation, compliance, internal controls, and business transformation.

• Aid in organizational change, process harmonization, SAP best-practice adoption, and reporting modernization.

• Assist with account development, business growth, client relationship management, proposals, estimations, statements of work, and pre-sales activities.

• Shape SAP Cloud opportunities, finance transformation roadmaps, project methodologies, and business cases.

• Contribute to the expansion of Nagarro's SAP Cloud practice in Sweden and the Nordics.

• Coach and mentor consultants and project team members.

• Advocate for Nagarro values, quality standards, and delivery excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically possess 10-15+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience.

• Hold a university degree or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Demonstrated success in leading SAP implementation projects and business transformation initiatives.

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Finance, including SAP FI, CO, Group Reporting, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Financial Planning.

• Strong comprehension of end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Closing, Management Reporting, and Financial Governance processes.

• Extensive experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA Finance across various industries.

• Experience with SAP ERP Cloud, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments, is considered a significant advantage.

• Solid understanding of SAP Activate, SAP best practices, and contemporary SAP delivery methodologies.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud implementations is highly valued.

• Possess strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
