SAP Principal Application Consultant – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of SAP projects, strategic initiatives, and consulting engagements centered on SAP Cloud solutions.

• Take ownership of project delivery, governance, resource coordination, client satisfaction, scope, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.

• Provide leadership across diverse teams and offer guidance to client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive the planning of projects, risk management, quality assurance, and budget oversight.

• Support business and account development, pre-sales activities, and the expansion of SAP Cloud capabilities in the Nordic market.

• Facilitate workshops, project governance, stakeholder management, and decision-making processes.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate functional, technical, and global delivery teams.

• Align business requirements with SAP solution designs.

• Advise clients on SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, process standardization, and overall business transformation.

• Guide solution design using expertise in logistics and supply chain.

• Support organizational change, optimize business processes, and promote the adoption of SAP best practices.

• Contribute to proposals, estimations, statements of work, and solution roadmaps.

• Mentor and coach consultants and project team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically 10-15+ years of experience in SAP consulting and project delivery.

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.

• Proven experience in leading SAP implementation projects and business transformation efforts.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of SAP Logistics, including SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, SCM, PP, TM, or related supply chain and logistics processes.

• Strong functional understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, warehouse, and supply chain processes.

• Extensive experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA across various industries.

• Experience with SAP ERP Cloud, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments, is a significant advantage.

• Strong understanding of SAP Activate, SAP best practices, and contemporary SAP delivery methodologies.

• Valuable experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud implementations.
