SAP Principal Application Consultant – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee SAP implementation projects, strategic initiatives, and consulting engagements that focus on SAP Cloud solutions.

• Manage project execution, governance, resource coordination, client satisfaction, scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and financial outcomes.

• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary, functional, technical, and global delivery teams.

• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive project planning, risk management, quality assurance, budget oversight, and resource allocation.

• Facilitate workshops, project governance, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making processes.

• Ensure alignment between business needs and SAP solution architecture.

• Advise clients on SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, process standardization, and SAP best practices.

• Utilize logistics and supply chain expertise to inform solution design and business transformation efforts.

• Support organizational change, business process enhancement, and solution adoption initiatives.

• Lead initiatives related to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud, especially within logistics and supply chain sectors.

• Assist with account development, business expansion, client relationship management, proposals, estimates, statements of work, and pre-sales activities.

• Contribute to the development and growth of Nagarro's SAP Cloud practice in Sweden and the Nordics.

• Coach and mentor consultants and project team members.

• Advocate for Nagarro values, quality standards, delivery excellence, and consulting methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically possess 10-15+ years of experience in SAP consulting and project delivery.

• Hold a university degree or equivalent professional credentials.

• Demonstrated success in leading SAP implementation projects and business transformation initiatives.

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Logistics, including SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, SCM, PP, TM, or related supply chain and logistics processes.

• Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, warehouse, and supply chain processes.

• Significant experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA across various industries.

• Experience with SAP ERP Cloud, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments, is a considerable advantage.

• Strong grasp of SAP Activate, SAP best practices, and contemporary SAP delivery methodologies.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud implementations is highly regarded.
