SAP Payroll Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to gather payroll requirements and lead them through workshops, configuration processes, and system setup.

• Validate and set up customer payroll solutions and integrations to ensure compliance with legal standards.

• Assist in data mapping, migration, year-to-date preparation, and accuracy verification.

• Oversee system testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and parallel runs.

• Resolve system configuration and integration challenges in collaboration with local and global teams.

• Manage go-live activities and confirm payroll system readiness.

• Monitor project progress and maintain thorough documentation.

• Partner with project managers and teams to ensure timely achievement of milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated participation in over 5 successful SAP HCM implementations.

• Comprehensive understanding of Austrian payroll regulations.

• Proven history of delivering high-quality HR system implementations.

• Proficient in both English and German.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Client-oriented with a collaborative approach.

• Strong accountability for client satisfaction and results.

• Dedicated to team and project success.

• Discreet in handling confidential information.

• Valid current and future work authorization in the country of application, without visa sponsorship from Strada.
