This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Establish, manage, and enhance relationships with key SAP technology and consulting partners.
• Foster mutual business growth through strategic alliances, collaborative go-to-market strategies, and partner enablement initiatives.
• Oversee assigned partners, educating them to target the appropriate opportunities alongside the go-to-market team.
• Ensure partners align with company objectives and are equipped to deliver SAP solutions and services effectively.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new SAP consulting and technology partners.
• Create and implement partner-growth strategies in key target markets.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing SAP channel partners.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, track collaborative initiatives, and align on future objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner escalations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Assist partners in identifying opportunities, crafting sales strategies, and closing deals with sales teams.
• Provide training and enablement for partners on SAP solutions, implementation best practices, and company services.
• Align partner go-to-market strategies with the overall company objectives.
• Support the go-to-market team and partners in the proposal process, including presentations.
• Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns, events, and webinars.
• Coordinate joint proposals and RFPs with partners.
• Work alongside internal consulting, sales, and technical teams to provide necessary partner resources and support.
• Coordinate joint business plans and initiatives between internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated experience in channel/partner management or business development within the SAP or consulting sector.
• Proven track record as an SAP Partner / Channel Manager for SAP services.
• Experience collaborating with large, global consulting firms or system integrators as partners.
• Established history of managing strategic relationships with partners or clients, ideally within the SAP ecosystem.
• Experience in SAP consulting firms.
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP products and services.
• Familiarity with SAP solutions, partner programs, and the consulting business model.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and projects concurrently.
• Capacity to identify growth opportunities for both partners and the company.
• Familiarity with SAP partner tools and platforms is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of the SAP ecosystem and competitive landscape.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
• Analytical mindset with robust business acumen.
• Results-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Must have authorization to work directly for any employer in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer.
