This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Assist in the implementation of OpenText for managing HR documents, ensuring its integration with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

• Set up OpenText solutions, which include workflows, metadata, permissions, and management of the document lifecycle.

• Deliver 2nd- and 3rd-level technical support while diagnosing system-related issues.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address and resolve technical challenges.

• Oversee system updates, patches, and enhancements.

• Guarantee adherence to IT security protocols and regulatory standards.

• Create training resources and assist end-users with technical inquiries and best practices.

• Work in conjunction with HR IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

• Maintain data security, manage access control, ensure GDPR compliance, and drive continuous system improvements.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in OpenText implementation, configuration, and support.

• Practical experience with OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, or comparable OpenText modules.

• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and their integration for document management.

• Experience with APIs, Boomi, SAP CPI, or other middleware solutions is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address system issues effectively.

• Proficiency in English.

• Preferred experience with cloud-based document management systems.

• Understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements is also preferred.

• Option for remote work.
