SAP Migration Lead – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Preparation of a migration plan that includes a schedule, trial migrations, and the production migration.

• Coordination of the migration team, source data provider, client, and owner of the target SAP system.

• Development of the go-live and cutover plan.

• Establishing boundary conditions with the client: scope beyond the offer, billing model (Fixed Price / T&M / mix), and GDPR considerations for test data.

• Management of schedule risks, including the risk of starting mid fiscal year.

• Gathering missing information from the client, including data volume, version of SAP system, and availability of the template creator.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management.

• Experience in managing data migration projects to SAP (ECC and S/4HANA).

• Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder teams (source provider, client, system owner).

• Experience in managing projects with strict deadlines.

• A project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is preferred.

• Familiarity with migration specifics from enova365 is a plus.
