SAP HR Payroll Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Analysis of the client's HR and Payroll processes, along with gathering functional requirements.

• Configuration and customization of the SAP HR Payroll module to manage the specifics of Italian regulations.

• Support in testing activities, validation, and correction of payroll system anomalies.

• Preparation of functional documentation and calculation schemas.

• Assistance and mentoring for key users, along with post go-live support.

• Collaboration with the project team for integration with other SAP HCM modules.

• Experience/skills in SAP HR Payroll.

• Knowledge of managing the specifics of Italian regulations.

• Proficiency in English.
